Along with reading, I love watching movies. I don’t really focus on one genre, but when I’m bored I always gravitate towards sci-fi and fantasy. While looking through my DVD collection for something to watch I came across The War Of The Worlds starring Tom Cruise.
It’s been a long time since I saw it, so it was almost like watching it for the first time. And it got me thinking. What if aliens invade? What would we do. Would humanity be able to fend them off. The furthest we’ve sent a human so far is to the moon. How would we hold off an invasion from a species that had traveled across the galaxy? Obviously their technology is much more advanced.
